Subject: Suspected DDoS Attack – Ranked Match Disconnection Hello Ubisoft Support, I am reporting a suspected DDoS/network attack that occurred during a Ranked match and caused the match to disconnect. Match ID: d6fd50e0-decd-4238-a5b0-eb8a7f072b52 Players involved in the match: * Ubisofz * JUANITO5973 * P1nkYe7i * TapalLNiv * Araxthos– The incident occurred during the final round, with the score at 4–4. The situation was 2v1, and the opposing players were in a position where they were likely to lose the round. At that exact point, the match connection was disrupted and the game was disconnected. The timing was highly suspicious because the disconnection happened during the final round when the opposing team was facing a likely loss. I have a video recording of the incident, which I will attach to this report as evidence. Please note that the players were using display nicknames, so I may not have their actual Ubisoft account IDs. However, the Match ID should allow your team to identify the exact accounts involved and review the relevant server and network logs. I strongly request that Ubisoft investigate: * The network/connection logs for this match. * The accounts associated with the listed players. * Any unusual traffic or connection patterns immediately before the disconnection. * Whether a DDoS or other intentional network attack was used to disrupt the match. I understand that the exact cause needs to be confirmed through your internal data, so I am not asking you to rely solely on my assumption. However, the timing of the incident, the 4–4 score, the 2v1 situation, and the immediate disconnection make this incident extremely suspicious. If your investigation confirms that any of these accounts intentionally used a DDoS attack or another prohibited method to disrupt the match, please take the appropriate disciplinary action against the responsible account(s).
