Clip 2: The guy holds an angle at the wall while turning to check where the enemies are through the walls. The funny and particular thing about this clip isn't that though — it's that while he's holding, he starts teabagging the enemy through the wall, thinking that enemy also had wallhacks and seeing if he'd get it back. I know this because the guy kept talking about how the others had hacks, so his way of "confirming it" was teabagging to see if they'd return it — just pathetic. Clip 3: Lastly, we have this clip where again, without having droned beforehand, seemingly with some kind of spider-sense, he knows where the enemies are and what position they're holding him from. In the clip you can see the enemy do some kind of quick peek without exposing any part of his body, and every time he does this as a "feint," this guy tries to shoot him, thinking he was about to peek out. This report along with the previous rep reports this player has had made on him should 100% be enough evidence to ban this player for cheating.
