the only thing correct about the stats he listed is the kd but that dosent prove anything, as it had a 8.32 kills per game, and a 66% hs rate. the stats he is listing are not accurate and shouldn’t be taken into consideration at all

It's impossible to know what information the player had beforehand. There could have been drones, callouts, audio cues, utility, or prior knowledge of the position. To argue cheats, you'd need a consistent pattern of impossible reads, tracking through walls without info, or verified stats over many matches. These clips alone aren't enough evidence.
A 4.3 KD sounds impressive, but KD alone doesn't prove cheating, especially from a relatively small sample of games. The first clip looks more like a lucky pre-aim with good timing than wallhacks. The second is even less convincing since he was already prefiring a common angle and the opponent swung directly into the bullets.
