that's a normal angle to hold on white i don't like the guy at all but this is normal peaking, if you got some more evidence to report this guy send in a Match ID and the full gameplay if he's cheating he will do something more sus then
you need more evidence bc this realistically isnt sufficient/enough for them to ban him
