The video strongly suggests that he is indeed cheating. However, it could also just be a pre-aim. Please upload another clear video showing him using a wallhack, so we can be 100% sure. Also, please do not upload a screenshot, as we cannot be 100% sure that the screenshot really shows the player from the video. Instead, you can simply show the scoreboard from Rainbow 6 Tracker with the correct player names, or make a video using the block-unblock method.
