This guy gets on brand new accounts and boosts a specific person called "Coppelia__" Coppelia__ if u check his encounters he plays with a cheater on a fresh account each time he plays specifcally 4 games with the booster each time before he gets all 5 placement games because its harder to track a cheater with very little games played so he gets new fresh accounts and boosts this man Coppelia__ and you can see it on the tracker each new/fresh account has a extremely high kd and the player Coppelia__ has a 90+ winrate because there isnt enough evidence to prove the players he queues with are cheaters. I will make a new case for the Coppelia__ for playing with cheaters.
